After having successfully registered for your conference pass online, you may proceed to the Registration Counters located at the Basement B1F, Glass Building Lobby Gallery of Tokyo International Forum to collect your badges. The counters will be open from 08:00 – 17:00 daily on all days of the event. All dates are in UTC +9 (Tokyo, Japan time).
Walk-in registration is available at SIGGRAPH Asia from 4 – 7 December 2018. On-site registration rates will apply. Credit card (VISA, MasterCard) and Cash (only in Japanese Yen (JPY)) will be accepted for on-site payments. Registrants are encouraged to prepare an exact amount for their intended purchase.

Member & Student Member Rate
In order to qualify for discounts on Full Conference Pass, you must be a ACM, ACM SIGGRAPH or Eurographics member. You must provide your membership number to receive the discount; otherwise you will be charged the non-member rate. ACM SIGGRAPH member discount does not apply to those who are members of a chapter only.

Group Discounts
Register as a group and receive the following discounts.
- Group discount is applicable to Full Conference passes and Basic Conference pass with payment received before 26 October 2018 (UTC +9, Tokyo time).
- Discount is applied on non-accumulative and per payment basis.

Registration Policy
- Please take note that email address must be unique for each user.
- Your registration will be valid only when payment is received in full by the Organizer.
- The Organizer reserve the right to amend any part of the program without giving prior notice should the need arise.
- The Organizer reserve the right to cancel the conference or any part thereof without prior notice in the events beyond the control of the Organizer.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Only Full Conference Pass (All Day) can be cancelled. Registrations are non-transferable. Cancellation must be made before 26 October 2018 (UTC +9, Tokyo, Japan Time). No refunds will be provided after this date. A processing fee of USD 100 / JPY 10,000 applies for all approved refunds.
- Full Conference One-Day Pass, Basic Conference Pass, Experience Pass, Electronic Theater Tickets, VR Theater Tickets and Reception Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable.
Admission & Dress Code
- Minors below 16 years old will not be allowed to enter the Trade Exhibition.
- The minimum requirement on dress code is casual and covered shoes are required for men. Shorts, singlet, bermudas and slippers are not allowed for entry into the Exhibition Hall and Conference sessions. As a form of respect to Japan’s local culture, we kindly seek your understanding to refrain from exposing your tattoos.
